The location was convenient, being quite close to Kings Cross station where we arrived. it was in a really nice area of the city and close to a Tube station in central London.
Having to travel across town to another hotel to collect the keys.

The hotel's location in a really nice area of this city is fantastic. It's quite close to Kings Cross station where we arrived, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute walk from Chancery Lane Tube, ensuring easy access to transportation in central areas of London.
Cannot find any fault.

The apartment was fantastic for our Christmas stay with all the family. Its central location made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. We loved that there were two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which made it easy for us to cook our Christmas dinner together. The decor was modern, comfortable, and felt like home away from home.
We were disappointed that we had to travel to another location to collect the keys instead of being able to check-in at the apartment. It was also a bit of a hassle to get to the apartment from the airport, but the metro station was convenient.

Great location, spacious apartment and comfortable beds If you are looking for a spacious and well, located apartment in the heart of the city, this is the perfect place for you! the apartment is equipped with everything you need, including two bathrooms. the beds are really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the area is walkable to many of the major sights, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Inconvenient check, in process and lack of helpful staff One downside of this apartment is the inconvenient check, in process , guests need to go to another hotel to register and collect the keys. Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful with this process and did not offer much assistance.
